“We congratulate Vice President Biden on the selection of Senator Kamala Harris as the 2020 Democratic Vice-Presidential candidate, and Sen. Harris on her historic achievement. Sen. Harris has a long and accomplished history of service to our country and has been a strong advocate for students. At a time when our nation is deeply suffering, the Biden-Harris Administration will bring sorely missed leadership back to the White House, and with the first Black, South Asian, and female Vice President, hope for an America where, someday, every child will be able to grow up to be whatever they dream.”
