Hans Goff serves as Vice President of Advocacy and Government Affairs. Most recently, he served as Program Manager of External Affairs at Amazon and led work to deepen relationships with external stakeholders. Previously, he served as senior leadership staff in the Assistant Speaker's Office, was the Director of Member Engagement and Political Strategy at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), served on the Hillary for America campaign and was Senior Associate at Kivvit.

Goff has a long history of leadership within the Democratic Party at the federal and state levels. Goff worked for the Democratic National Committee (DNC), the Gubernatorial campaign for Governor Jon Corzine, the Senatorial campaign for U.S. Senator Robert Menendez, President Obama’s 2012 campaign and served as Senior Advisor to the Chairman of the South Carolina Democratic Party during the 2014 midterm elections.

Goff is an alum Leadership Arlington, appointed member of the Ambassadors’ Leadership Coalition for the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture, awardee of the Baxter Ward Fellowship at the College of William and Mary, an alum of the American Council of Young Political Leaders, and was recognized on the 40 under 40 list for the American Association of Political Consultants.

Hans is a graduate of Campaign Management Institute of the Center for Congressional and Presidential Studies at American University, the Bloustein School for Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University and the College of William and Mary.
