Victoria serves as Vice President of Communications for DFER, where she leads external and internal communications strategy.
She previously served as an Account Supervisor at D.C.-based consulting firm GMMB, where she developed and executed on a wide-range of strategic communications efforts to advance policies and practices aimed at increasing equitable outcomes for all students.
During her time at GMMB, Victoria led on national and state-based earned media campaigns and reporter outreach. Victoria served as a Teach for America Corp Member in Charlotte, North Carolina, and has worked in communications support across industries and government.
A graduate of Georgetown University, she holds a Master’s of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in strategic communications from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
